Could you please provide me with figures, for each of the last three academic years, ending 2004-05 on:

1) The total number of formal internal grievance cases taken out by staff against colleagues/managers/the institution, listing the category of grievance (for example bullying or harassment) and the outcome (including unresolved cases)

2) The total number of employment tribunal cases taken out by staff against colleagues/managers/the institution, listing the type of case (for example sex discrimination or unfair dismissal), and the outcome, including all those cases which were settled out of court and all those yet to be heard.

3) The total sum of money paid out following successful tribunal claims.

4) The total sum of money paid out in out-of-court settlement of tribunal claims.
