Please could you supply the following for the years 2002/3, 2003/4 and 2004/5 (for UMIST and the Victoria Manchester as appropriate):

1) Number of prospectuses printed
2) Cost of printing these prospectuses
3) Cost of designing these prospectuses
4) Number of written/telephone/web/other requests for prospectuses
5) Number of prospectuses that went to waste
6) What happened to these prospectuses
7) Whether or not the prospectuses were printed on (partially) recycled paper, and if so what proportion of the paper was recycled

If known, I would appreciate it if you could supply the information split by prospectus type (e.g. undergraduate) and by format if there are multiple formats (eg CD-ROM). I am only interested in prospectuses for the university as a whole and not individual departments.
