Whitworth Art Gallery

The Whitworth Art Gallery is home to an impressive range of watercolours, prints, drawings, modern art and sculpture, as well as the largest collections of textiles and wallpapers outside London.

Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre

The University's Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre, in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, showcases the work of the world famous Lovell Telescope and the research of the Jodrell Bank Centre for Astrophysics.

John Rylands Library

The John Rylands Library, in the centre of Manchester, houses some of the most significant books and manuscripts ever produced. The magnificent neo-gothic building is a major visitor attraction, as well as a research library of world renown.

Martin Harris Centre for Music and Drama

The Martin Harris Centre for Music and Drama offers a range of musical and theatrical events open to the general public. The Centre incorporates the 350-seat Cosmo Rodewald Concert Hall and the 150-seat John Thaw Studio Theatre.
