The University is committed to maximising the positive impact of its teaching and research on the local, national and global communities it serves.

Gifts from alumni and others with an interest in the University's work continue to accelerate the provision of these benefits to society.

As we are an exempt charitable organisation (number XR82062), all gifts to the University qualify for tax relief through GiftAid in the UK.

Donors in the USA can make tax-deductible gifts to NAFUM (the North American Foundation for The University of Manchester).
