To get connected with Hornet you need to have the following information:

  • Hall Name and Room Number
  • A University IT account
  • Your device's MAC [physical] address for wired connections

  • Change your device's MAC (physical) address
  • Edit your contact details
  • Log a request for help and support
  • Contact the Hornet Rep assigned your problem
  • View your current and fixed problems
  • Ask for advice about using the Hornet service
