Textbook rescue

You can pick up a free textbook for your subject from the Library.

Every year students and graduates donate their quality used textbooks to the Library to help out future students. 

During Welcome Week, donated textbooks from many subject areas will be available to collect from Main Library on a first come, first served basis. 

Further information will be available here ahead of Welcome Week in September.

Help kickstart your studies and visit the Library. Staff will be on hand throughout Welcome Week and beyond to help you Get Started.

Donating old textbooks

Do you have old or unwanted textbooks you no longer use? You can donate them at the Main Library customer services desk year-round so that we can make them available for other students through the Textbook Rescue programme.
