The University of Manchester has over 5,000 research and academic staff, spanning a huge breadth and diversity of interests.

You can use the A-Z list of researchers to find people by surname, or search the profiles of research active staff. Each person's profile shows their contact details, research interests and selected publications, with links to follow for further information where available.

Search hints

• You can search for a phrase by putting double quotes round it e.g. "medical ethics"
• Try different spelling variants eg the US color as well as the UK colour
• Search is not case sensitive, so e.g. neuroscience will also find Neuroscience
• You can exclude a word or phrase by putting - in front of it, e.g. to find History but not Art History you would search for history -art
