Lee Douglas specialises in retail market/consumer behaviour modelling, and the application of these techniques to a variety of retail planning problems. Lee has over ten years' experience of retail market analysis, and has recently completed PhD research which developed a spatial modelling framework to optimise retail merger and acquisition strategies. His experience spans a number of retail sectors, including grocery, retail financial services and automotive retailing, working for some of the largest global retailers across Europe, North America, and South East Asia. Lee is currently the head of research at the MBS Retail Centre.
