Dr Luca Panzone - research
Research interests
My research interests focus on the analysis of social problems related to agriculture and the environment. More precisely, my interest is directed mainly to the analysis of food demand applied to these contexts of analysis, from a quantitative, applied econometric perspective. I am currently becoming interested in the implications of social agricultural and environmental problems on wealth and development.
The units of interest of my study are essentially households and consumers, making it suitable for applications of Microeconomic theory. I have maintained also a strong interest in marketing theory and social marketing, always focusing on the demand side.
