Biography

Graham joined MBS in October 2004 from the Manchester Centre for Civil and Construction Engineering at UMIST. Prior to joining UMIST in 2001, he taught at the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies at University College London and researched at Warwick University Business School, where he obtained his PhD, and Imperial College London. He was Visiting Professor at the Danish Technical University from 2000-2001, and is currently a Visiting Professor at Copenhagen Business School. He is a graduate in sociology and politics from the University of York.

Within MBS, he is the Director of the Centre for Reseach in the Management of Projects, Director of the BP Managing Projects executive education programme, and Head of Decision Sciences and Operations Management Subject Area Group

Graham is a member of the Comite Consultatif, Centre Scientifique et Technique du Batiment, France, the Comite Scientifique, Reseau Activites et Metiers de l'Architecture et de l'Urbanisme, and the Peer Review College, Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council. He is also an advisor on construction innovation policy to the Dutch, French, and UK governments, and has been a member of the Editorial Board of Construction Management and Economics since 1999.
