Emma is part of the Accounting and Finance Division of Manchester Business School, having joined in September 2007. She is actively involved in the teaching of finance modules to second and third year undergraduates and in the supervision of dissertation projects of MSc Finance students.
Prior to joining MBS, Emma held various front office roles in leading investment banks in London and New York, specialising in the risk management and profit and loss reporting of OTC Equity Derivative products. She also has significant exposure to treasury and asset management and bad debt modelling in the retail financial services sector.
Emma earned her undergraduate degree in accountancy from Cardiff University in 1991 and very recently obtained her MSc in Finance with distinction from Liverpool University.
