Stefania is currently a research associate at the European Work and Employment Research Centre (EWERC) of the Manchester Business School. She has a PhD in Labour Studies from the Graduate School in Social Economic and Political Studies of the University of Milan and a Master Degree in Social and Political Studies from the University of Bologna. She has held visiting positions at the University of Amsterdam (AIAS-UvA and IMES-UvA). She previously worked as teaching fellow for the University of Bologna and research associate at the University of Milan.
