Role

Assisting the Director and Deputy Director in managing the £26M Stoller Biomarker Discovery Centre, a cutting-edge mass spectrometry facility focused on biomarker discovery and validation from clinical materials for use in translational precision medicine. Responsibilities include business engagement with collaborators and Sciex, the Stoller Centre's partner, research project management for internal and external academic collaborators, budget management, grant writing and collaborating with the MRC-funded Manchester Molecular Pathology Innovation Centre (MMPathIC) to build an end to end pipeline for in vitro diagnostic development.
