I am fascinated by many aspects of whoe organism biology, and have lectured on topics from evolution, through plant science and trees to biomechanics. A textbook I have written - Solid Biomechanics - will shortly be released. However, I am also responsible for the teaching of statistics and experimental design for undergraduates and postgraduates and have written a successful book on the subject - Statistical and Data Handling Skills in Biology.
