The IT Support Centre, including the Kilburn Building in-person support desk, is closed for the Bank Holiday weekend from 5pm on Thursday 28 March, and will reopen at 8am on Tuesday, 2 April. If you encounter a problem between these dates, you can use the 24/7 phone line or Support Portal, and the out-of-hours service desk will deal with most IT enquiries. Please note that some requests and queries may need to be resolved once the University reopens.
