Thank you for volunteering to take part in a focus group to help us prepare the questions for this year's staff survey. We are using an online survey tool to collect information about you and the times you would be able to attend. We need to ask some questions about you so that we can make sure we have a diverse range of participants in the groups. Any information you provide will remain confidential and anonymous, and will be destroyed at the end of the project. You will be contacted as soon as possible to let you know the arrangements for the groups. Depending on the number of volunteers and availability, it may not be possible to invite all those who register to a focus group, but we will try to reply to you even if we are not able to include you.
