How to apply

All applicants need to complete and submit our online application form (please choose the mode of attendance as distance learning part-time and for the programme description please select Pharmacist CPD units). See the advice to applicants section for details of the supporting documents we require with your form.

We recommend that you apply as early as possible. We accept applications on a rolling basis up until one week before the start of each unit. Late applications may be considered in exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to close applications earlier if the units are full.

Course overview

  • Study one or more units from our MSc Clinical Pharmacy degree as standalone courses for continuing professional development.
  • Develop your clinical, applied practice, leadership and research skills while working as a pharmacist thanks to our part-time online distance learning approach.

  • Our CPD learning materials are mapped to the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's post-registration foundation framework.
  • Open up a new career in pharmacy or develop your skills within your current role upon completion of one or more of our CPD units.

Fees

For entry in the academic year beginning September 2024, the tuition fees are as follows:

  • Modular (part-time distance learning)
    UK students (per annum): £1350 per 15 credits
    International, including EU, students (per annum): 3500 per 15 credits

Policy on additional costs

All students should normally be able to complete their programme of study without incurring additional study costs over and above the tuition fee for that programme. Any unavoidable additional compulsory costs totalling more than 1% of the annual home undergraduate fee per annum, regardless of whether the programme in question is undergraduate or postgraduate taught, will be made clear to you at the point of application.
