It allows all students the opportunity to take either Greek or Latin (or both) at any level including beginners' courses, though you can take the programme without studying language. Students also take specialist courses, which may include ancient literature, history, religion, philosophy, art and archaeology. There is a wide range of styles of teaching, including lectures, seminars, small-group tutorials and virtual seminars via the web.
Flexible Honours may allow you to study an additional arts, languages or cultures subject. Find out more here
Tuition fees for home/EU students commencing their studies in September 2016 will be £9,000 per annum. Tuition fees for international students will be £15,500 per annum. For general information please see the undergraduate fees pages.
