Grades AAA including Chemistry plus one other science or maths subject.
If you miss the MChem grades, but meet the BSc grades (AAB), you will automatically be offered a place for BSc Chemistry.
- Typical International Baccalaureate offer
36 points overall with a grade of 6 in each of 3 Higher Level subjects to include Chemistry and one other science or maths. If English is not offered as one of the Diploma subjects (SL or HL) then a score of 6.0 at IELTS (or an equivalent approved qualification) must be offered.

This is a highly flexible degree involving courses from chemistry and a range of other subjects. The first two years follow a core structure covering all the major branches of chemistry with laboratory classes forming an essential component of your training. The third year is spent on industrial placement. The final year comprises core and optional modules and a research project.
Tuition fees for home/EU students commencing their studies in September 2016 will be £9,000 per annum. Tuition fees for international students will be £20,000 per annum. For general information please see the undergraduate finance pages.
