This course provides a solid grounding in all aspects of physics, both theoretical and experimental. However a substantial amount of laboratory work is replaced by lecture courses and project work in philosophy. The works of Spinoza, Wittgenstein and Aristotle might also be studied. It is possible to transfer to the 3-year BSc course at the beginning of your third year.
Tuition fees for home/EU students commencing their studies in September 2016 will be £9,000 per annum. Tuition fees for international students will be £20,000 per annum. For general information please see the undergraduate finance pages.
