Group bookings for schools

We welcome school groups at our open days. If you would like to bring a group of pupils from your school or college to attend an open day we request that you make a school group booking. If you would like to bring a school group for an open day, please email openday@manchester.ac.uk with 'UG open day school booking' in the subject line, stating the date you wish to attend, school name, group size, staff name and contact email.

If you are unable to attend the open day but would like to bring a school or college group to visit The University of Manchester, we are happy to facilitate visits organised by the school or college. We offer a programme that includes a welcome presentation, a question-and-answer session with a panel of our current students, and a guided tour of the campus led by a current student.

Coach drop-off and pick-up

Please note that coaches can drop off and pick up groups on Dover Street. Unfortunately there are no facilities for coach parking on the University campus, but most coach companies will know of coach parks in the city. It is not possible for coaches to drop off or pick up on Brunswick Street for the safety of our visitors.
