For universities in the UK the guidelines for assessing a student's fee status are set by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills in accordance with the Education (Fees and Awards) Regulations 1997. Guidelines for fee assessment are set out by the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA).
The information you submit in your application to study at the University will be used to determine your tuition fee status. In some cases we may require additional information from you. If this is the case, you will be informed in your acknowledgement email or letter, which we will send to you shortly after we receive your application. This letter may instruct you to fill in and return our Tuition Fee Assessment Form.
