MICRA presence at Virtual BSG Conference

MICRA academics featured prominently in the line up of the British Society of Gerontology (BSG) 2020 conference which was held online due to COVID-19.

Tine Buffel spoke at the Flagship Symposium: Co-production research with older people. There has been growing interest in co-production research with older people over recent years. The symposium presented the work of three UK research teams, including Tine's MICRA based team, involved in moving the agenda on from general principles to practical applications.

Policy Press also used the conference to launch 'Precarity and Ageing' edited by our own Chris Phillipson along with Amanda Grenier and Richard A. Settersten Jr. Chris also appeared on a Q&A session to the BSG audience.

The recordings of all webinars featured as part of the virtual BSG Conference 2020 can be found on the BSGs Ageing Bites channel.
