Participants required for study on older people's access to and experience of digital public services

The project aims to understand the factors that might affect an older person accessing digital services online.

Hands holding phone.Researchers at The University of Manchester are looking for individuals to take part in a study investigating what factors have impacted older people's access to and engagement with digital public services during COVID-19.

The project team would like to speak to people aged 75 or over who do and who do not use the internet to gain a better understanding of the enablers and barriers to accessing digital services online.

Specifically the team want to understand what might have encouraged people who do use the internet to get online during the pandemic. The team would also like to hear from individuals who do not, or cannot, use the internet to understand their reasons why.
