Write your will for free

We’ve partnered with Bequeathed to offer a free will-writing service – helping ensure loved ones are cared for and that you continue supporting the causes you value most.

How it works

1. Complete your online interview

Visit Manchester’s special page on the Bequeathed website and fill out the online interview form.

It takes around 25 minutes, and your answers will create a draft will tailored to your circumstances. Support is available throughout the process.

Prefer to do it by phone or video? You can book an appointment instead.

2. Have a free 30-minute appointment with a legal expert

Once your interview is complete, you’ll meet with an accredited legal firm – by phone, video call, or in person.

They’ll review your draft and make sure it accurately reflects your wishes and needs.

3. Receive your will, ready for signing

After your appointment, your legal firm will post your completed will along with signing and storage instructions. Some firms may offer free storage.

Things to know

If your situation is more complex, you might need extra legal advice. If so, you’ll be told about any costs upfront so you can decide whether to proceed.
