Mr Davide Consoli - personal details
Davide Consoli graduated in Economics at the University of Catania (Italy) in 1999. After an MA in Economics at the University of Manchester (2001) he completed a PhD at the ESRC Centre for Research on Innovation and Competition (CRIC) in October 2004, which he later joined as research associate for one year. Between October 2005 and 2007 he was Postdoctoral Fellow at the Manchester Business School. He became Research Fellow at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research in 2008. Subsequently, after an experience abroad at INGENIO (CSIC-UPV) (Spain) as Intra European Marie Curie Fellow (7th Framework Progam) in 2009-2010 he was promoted to Senior Research Fellow.
Dr. Consoli was Visiting Fellow at the University of Turin (Italy) in 2006 and in 2007, and at Columbia University (New York, USA) in 2008 and in 2010. He was Assistant Lecturer (Microeconomics and Applied Economics, UG) at the School of Social Sciences of the University of Manchester between 2001-2004 and at the Manchester Business School (International Competitiveness and Technologial Change, UG) between 2007-2009. He was guest lecturer at the University of Castilla-la-Mancha (Spain), the University of Tampere (Finland) and Columbia University (US).
