I am Sue Gill and I am a Lecturer in Health Care Management at Manchester Business School. I teach on the NHS Leadership Academy's Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme which offers an MSc In Health Care Leadership to practising Health and Social Care managers and clinicians. I also deliver modules on the MSc in International Health Care Leadership and the Doctorate in Clinical Science Programmes.
I have held a number of NHS Senior Management posts in Quality Assurance, Organisational Development and Human Resource Management. I have also worked within the Engineering and Pharmaceutical Industries.
I have an MSc in Organisational Psychology and have run my own Occupational Psychology consultancy. Prior to joining Manchester Business School in 2014, I spent eight years as a Lecturer in Management at Salford University, delivering MSc and MBA programmes.
