Eligibility criteria
All self-sponsored EU/international applicants with an offer of a place to study on one of the Global Development Institute (GDI) master's courses are eligible from the following countries:

- Brazil
- Chile
- Egypt
- Ghana
- India
- Indonesia
- Kenya
- Malawi
- Malaysia
- Mexico
- Nepal
- Nigeria
- Pakistan
- Peru
- South Africa
- Sri Lanka
- Thailand
- Turkey
- Zimbabwe
How to apply
There is no bursary application process, if you are eligible you will be automatically considered.
Selection criteria
Decisions are made on merit rather than financial need and the candidate’s potential to contribute and enrich all aspects of the master's programme and the diverse academic and cultural profile of the master's class.
Decision deadline: 30 June 2023
Successful candidates will be contacted after the decision deadline date. we will only contact you if you have been successfully selected for the bursary.
