Exchange programmes: non-EU
The University of Manchester has many exchange partners around the world.
Study abroad and coronavirus
Some aspects of the 2020/21 study abroad/exchange programme will be impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
These partnerships enable eligible students based at these partner universities to spend either a year or semester with us, usually without paying any fees to The University of Manchester.
As an exchange student you can take advantage of a number of initiatives during your time in Manchester. These include:
- a mentor scheme;
- our Orientation programme;
- International Society membership.
You can choose from a wide range of subjects for your period of study abroad.
You can also focus on one of our skill pathways: Leadership and Service, English Language, and Pre-Law. If you’re interested in sustainability issues, you might also wish to look at our sustainability programmes.
