To qualify to apply for the award, applicants must hold a First Class Honours first degree or equivalent.

This funding is available to all nationalities.

Other eligibility criteria

Applicants must hold an offer of study at The University of Manchester before applying for this funding.

This award can be held alongside other awards.

Applicants must hold an offer of a place on their chosen masters course. The offer must be unconditional by Monday 22 June 2020 to be considered.

Application procedure

To apply for the awards, applicants should submit an online application form which includes a 500 word statement detailing their reasons for studying their chosen master's course and their plans for applying their learning following graduation

The closing date for applications for September 2020 entry is Friday 29 May 2020. Late applications cannot be considered. 

The academic offer of a place must be unconditional by 22 June 2020 to be considered.

Decision date

 Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application by the end of July 2020.
