Other eligibility criteria
For applicants whose first language is not English the typical minimum English language requirements are IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 577 (TWE 5.5; paper-based), 233 (TWE 5.5; computer-based) or 90 (internet-based; minimum of 22 in each component).
Applicants must apply directly to the Paterson Institute and not the University using the Paterson 4 Year Studentship Application Form.
Applications are considered by the Paterson Education Committee with short listed applicants invited for interview.
Typically October/November for PhD places commencing the following October.
Award may be deffered.
Deferral is at the discretion of the Paterson Institute Programme Committee.
