AHRC North West Consortium Doctoral Training Partnership in the School of Environment, Education and Development 2023 entry

Subject to residential eligibility status, the award covers tuition fees, a maintenance stipend (the annual maintenance stipend for 2022-23 is £17,668), a research training support grant and an opportunity to apply for additional funding towards overseas fieldwork, difficult language training, overseas institutional visits and internships. An additional disability allowance can be provided where appropriate.
Students opting to study part-time will receive a pro-rata maintenance stipend.
Studentships are available on +2 and +3 basis for 24-48 months.
Part-time studentships are also available.
Continuation of award
Continuation of the award is subject to satisfactory progress.
A number of awards are available on a competitive basis, including ring-fenced studentships for BAME and disabled students.

This award is available to postgraduate research students in year one, applying for funding for years two and three of a PhD.

Eligible applicants must complete and submit the AHRC NWCDTP Application Form by 5pm 3rd February 2023.
Candidates applying for AHRC NWCDTP funding for PhD Architecture should indicate Art History pathway in the NWCDTP application form. The completed AHRC NWCDTP application form, together with your transcripts and references, must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org .
You must also submit your online application for a place on your chosen PhD programme by 17 th January 2023.
