Discover Psychology – Wednesday 11 July 2018

This Discover Psychology Day will give you a taste of life as a psychology student at The University of Manchester.

My degree helped to lay the foundations of understanding mental health and relevant social psychology issues. The process of completing a dissertation also helped to grow valuable skills in how to conduct and critique research and carry out statistical analysis.

Peter Hewitt / BSc Psychology

You’ll experience a selection of mini-lectures and seminars which are typical of the teaching and learning environment you would experience during a psychology degree.

Psychology is a very diverse discipline, so we’ll show you some psychology careers and the different routes to these careers. You’ll also get the opportunity to speak to psychology staff and students.

Registration for this discover day is now closed. Our Autumn Discover Day dates will be released in the new term.
