Course overview

  • Investigate the sounds, words and grammar of the English language, and study its origin, development and regional variations.
  • Gain advanced linguistic skills in Japanese and explore the culture, history and politics of Japan.
  • Spend a year in Japan to consolidate your language learning.
  • Study at a university ranked 5th in the UK for Modern Languages (QS World University Rankings 2018).

Open days

The University holds Open Days regularly (usually June, September and October) where you have the opportunity to tour the campus and find out more about the facilities and courses we offer.

Fees
