Career opportunities

Our graduates are well-placed to pursue careers in chartered accountancy as well as having the flexibility to work in financial management in practically any industry across the world, from fashion to sports, within third sector organisations, the NHS, government, transport services and retail.

An integral part of the course involves building your commercial awareness, confidence and employability through workshops with the likes of Accenture, Deloitte and PwC. Business mentors from BDO, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and KPMG provide guidance throughout the course.

Accrediting organisations

This is a professionally oriented degree programme developed in consultation with the ICAEW. Completion of the core modules on this programme will ensure you receive substantial exemptions from the ICAEW's professional qualification, the ACA (Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). A significant number of exemptions are also available from other professional accounting qualifications, including ACCA, CIMA and ICAS.
