Studying in the UK can be great value for money. UK degree courses are generally shorter than in the US and Australia because they are more intensive - full-time postgraduate masters courses are only one year compared to two in most other countries.

This makes a postgraduate course in the UK more efficient in terms of your time and your money.

Tuition fees cover the cost of your study at the University and include charges for registration, tuition, supervision, examinations and graduation.

Payment of fees will also entitle you to membership of the Library, the Students' Union and the Athletic Union.

Any offer of a place at the University is made on the understanding that you have sufficient funds to pay for your tuition fees and your living expenses for the entire duration of your period of study.

Returning international students

International students who commenced their studies before September 2007 will pay tuition fees which vary in amount for each year of study and should check the Student Services website for the exact fee.
