His research and teaching cover organisational change in its broadest sense. This includes the following:
· The different approaches to, and current state of, organisational change.
· The history of Organization Development (OD), especially the work and contribution of Kurt Lewin.
· Organisational and inter-organisational behaviour.
· Leadership and diversity.
In particular, he is concerned with the way in which different approaches to change promote or undermine the development of ethical behaviour in organisations.
