Damian's current and recently completed research includes:

• a project for the International Labour Organisation on changes in the European social model;
• public sectort pay cuts, employment resatructuring and outsourcing under austerity - a European perspective
• analysis of the linkages between low pay, minimum wages and collective bargaining;
