Andrew joined Manchester Business School in 2006 as a Lecturer (U.S. = Assistant Professor) in International and Comparative Human Resource Management. That same year, he received a Ph.D. in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, England. His doctoral dissertation was a mixed method study in the sociology of trust.
He holds a B.A. (summa cum laude) in Sociology and Latin American Studies and an M.A. in Sociology, both awarded by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During his undergraduate years, he studied abroad in Argentina and Chile.
In his spare time, he enjoys, among other activities, fishing, hiking and reading books every night to his beautiful son.
