Prof Tudor Rickards - personal details
Role: Professor of Creativity & Organizational Change
Professor Rickards has published widely on innovation and creativity, working closely with various international organisations in the development of innovative skills. He has won international awards for his teaching and educational work in his specialist areas, and has held visiting positions at Kiel, ALBA, Canterbury, and Alex Osborn visiting professor at the State University of New York, Buffalo. He is a founder of The European Association for Creativity and Innovation, and of the journal Creativity and Innovation Management. which now awards the annual Tudor Rickards Best Paper Prize. Before joining MBS, Tudor Rickards was a visiting instructor and then assistant professor at the New York Medical College and subsequently a technical manager at Unilever. His most recent books have been Dilemmas of Leadership and The Routledge Companion to Creativity. He maintains an on-line publication Leaders We Deserve and is currently exploring the consequences of new technology on the effective functioning of contemporary organizations.
