Faculty open days
- Biology, Medicine and Health open day: Learn about applications, research culture, campus life and more on 5 November.
- Humanities Virtual Open Week: Discover a range of PhD study sessions (24–30 October) open to everyone and relate to 2026 admission. There will also be application guidance with our Humanities Doctoral Academy and panel discussions with current PhD students.
- Science and Engineering open days: Explore projects, funding and more at our in-person open day (5 November) and virtual open day (12 November).

We attend fairs across the country where you can meet us and learn more about studying for a PhD at Manchester. The next fairs we'll attend are:
