Our extensive programme of work with secondary learners aims to raise their awareness of higher education teaching, learning and living environments, provide information and advice on study programmes, institutions and career-opportunities and enhance their academic, study and personal skills.

Activities and resources for secondary schools include:

• The Manchester Gateway Programme for Y7 to Y11 learners
• Mentoring
• Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM)
• Languages
• Working with targeted groups
• Working with gifted and talented young people
• The Manchester Metropolitan University and University of Manchester Joint Programme

We have also produced a Young Person's Prospectus offering advice and guidance about higher education to students in Years 9 to 11.
