Post-16

Our post-16 (Level 3 learners) work enables prospective higher education (HE) students of all ages to find out about study pathways at The University of Manchester and other research-intensive institutions. We offer a range of exciting events and activities designed to give a realistic insight into what university life is really like, whilst encouraging the development of skills specific to studying at a research-based university.

We provide specific information and advice on topics such as:

• Choosing universities and courses
• The application process
• Student finance
• Entry requirements
• Student life
• Accommodation

Many of our activities, such as open days, Discover Days and guided campus visits, take place on campus on specific dates throughout the year. We can also come to visit you in your school or college.
