Chevening

Chevening offers fully-funded scholarships to undertake any master's course at any UK university.

Chevening awards for students from Uganda are now open for application until 12pm on 2 November 2021.

Equity and Merit Scholarships

The Equity and Merit Scholarship Programme offers scholarships for candidates from Uganda to study postgraduate taught masters at The University of Manchester.

Global Development Institute Merit Awards 

The Global Development Institute (GDI) is the UK’s largest university-based postgraduate centre specialising in international development and has an extensive range of related master's courses.

The GDI offers a number of Merit Awards for academically excellent professionals applying for a GDI campus-based master’s course for September 2022 entry. The awards cover tuition fees, living expenses, flights to the UK and visa costs.

Applications are open to citizens of Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia or Uganda that have not previously studied outside of Africa.

The application process opens on 11 March and closes on 15 June 2022 at 5pm (GMT).
