Natasha Traynor.

Natasha Traynor is the Chief Marketing Officer at the African Leadership University (ALU), a pan-African network of higher education institutions based in Mauritius and Rwanda. She leads the university’s commercial strategy across student recruitment, marketing and revenue growth for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Natasha has extensive experience transforming and commercialising marketing functions to support organisational growth and investment readiness. Prior to ALU, she held senior leadership roles in the UK education sector, including as Chief Marketing Officer at Oxford International Education Group and Marketing Director at QA, where she led brand development, direct-to-consumer sales and commercial due diligence.

She began her career in media at EndemolShine Group and 20th Century Fox Television, working on international television formats before transitioning into the education and nonprofit sectors.
Beyond her executive career, Natasha is committed to civic leadership and social impact. She is the founder of the Little Black Dress Initiative, a global awareness campaign focused on poverty and inequality, and has held leadership and advisory roles in the Junior League of London. She has also served as a school governor and participated in international builds with Habitat for Humanity.

Natasha holds a BA in Political Science from UCLA and an MBA from Bayes Business School. She lives in London with her husband, a Curate in the Church of England, and their two young daughters. She serves on the Parochial Church Council (PCC) of her local parish and is a Non-Executive Member of Chapter at Canterbury Cathedral.
