University accommodation

We offer a diverse range of University accommodation for students coming to Manchester. Traditional or modern, catered or self-catered – we've got something to suit all tastes.

Our accommodation is split across three areas, each of which is easily reached from the University:

• the leafy Victoria Park campus;
• the lively Fallowfield campus;
• City campus, close to the heart of Manchester and closer still to the University.

We also offer an accommodation guarantee to international (non-EU) students and first-year undergraduate students providing they have met our criteria.
