The University uses the third-party service Parchment (Digitary CORE) to publish and manage digital academic documents. You'll need to register to access and share your documents.
Certificates
- Digital certificates: for graduates from December 2020 onwards, digital certificates are available on Parchment (Digitary CORE). If you graduated between October 2004 and December 2020, you can request a digital certificate by purchasing a physical copy and specifying your request in the 'Special requirements' section.
- Physical certificates: these can be ordered through the University's Online Store. You’ll need to select the appropriate option based on your graduation date.

Transcripts
- Digital transcripts: graduates from October 2009 onwards have their digital transcripts available on Parchment (Digitary CORE). If your transcript isn't accessible, contact graduation@manchester.ac.uk.
- Physical transcripts: order through the University's Online Store. If you graduated between October 2004 and October 2009, you might need to request a physical copy to get a digital version.

Verifications
- Sharing documents: utilise Parchment (Digitary CORE) to securely share your academic documents with third parties, including employers and educational institutions.
- Third-party verifications: employers and agencies can verify your credentials via the Higher Education Degree Datacheck service.

- Contacting support hubs: for academic references, reach out to your respective Student Support Hub. Each School has a dedicated hub to help with these requests.
