By volunteering as a STEM Ambassador, you’ll inspire young people and raise their aspirations for the future.

Time commitment

  • From just one hour a month
  • Flexible to fit your schedule

What you'll do

As a STEM Ambassador, you’ll connect with young people and help them see the exciting possibilities within STEM subjects and careers. You could get involved with:

  • Classroom activities
  • STEM clubs
  • Careers talks
  • Mentoring
  • Networking events
  • Hosting work experience
  • Science festivals and fairs
  • Community or youth group sessions

You don’t need prior volunteering or teaching experience – full training and support is provided.
