Natasha Traynor.

Natasha is the Marketing Director of the Apprenticeships and Consulting division at QA, the UK’s number one digital and tech talent training provider. Her experience includes turning around and commercialising marketing departments to enable organisations to deliver their major growth objectives.

Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Oxford International Education Group, where Natasha grew the organisation's brand equity and increased the direct sales business by delivering sophisticated digital marketing initiatives. She led the commercial due diligence workstream and was a member of the executive team that managed the organisation's 2021 investment round.

Before her career in commercial education, Natasha worked at EndemolShineGroup (formerly Shine Group), supporting teams to produce local adaptations of major brands such as Biggest Loser and MasterChef. Before Shine Group, Natasha was a junior comedy development executive at 20th Century Fox Television.

Originally from California, Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and has a Master’s of Business Administration from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School).

Natasha is a passionate volunteer both internationally and locally. She completed several construction projects with Habitat for Humanity, where she joined teams to build homes and schools for people throughout the UK and Europe.

In the UK, Natasha has served as a school governor and has been a member of the Junior League of London, a civic leadership charity that trains its members to support partner charities to eradicate poverty in London. Natasha has held several leadership positions in the League and co-created the Little Black Dress Initiative, a social media-driven poverty awareness fundraising campaign that has raised over £200,000 since 2014. Currently, Natasha acts as an advisor on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee of the League.

Natasha lives in London with her husband and their young daughter.
