Delegation from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences visits MCI

MCI Director Pete Gries welcomed a delegation from the Institute of Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences on Wednesday 20 June.

The delegation included development economists interested in collaborative applied research with University of Manchester colleagues.

During the visit, the group discussed Manchester’s developmental experience and similarities with Chinese cities’ experience.
